Phezulu Guest Lodge - Victoria Falls

Fantastic service, comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, friendly staff, helpful taxi service.

Nothing that I didn't like.

the staff were wonderful - helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist with any requests. the location of the lodge was convenient, with easy access to taxis for getting around. PheZulu also offers activity organization services, making it easy to plan and book your excursions. the breakfast was hearty and the meals were impeccably presented and delicious. We especially enjoyed the clean and spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and the option to relax on the terrace. PheZulu was a safe and excellent value for money. Cons: Not obvious to find.

The staff here is amazing, always ready to assist and make your stay enjoyable. the quick service at breakfast was a pleasant surprise. the spacious rooms and well-maintained facilities, including the pool and bar, provided a great place to relax after a long day. having all the necessary amenities, like insect repellent, made our stay even more comfortable.

The thin walls were a bit of an issue as we could hear our neighbors and noise from the eating area. it would have been helpful to know in advance that dinner reservations need to be made.

I recently stayed at a lodge in a peaceful residential area. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, even going out of their way to return my lost belongings. The rooms were beautifully decorated and had excellent air conditioning. The gardens were well-maintained and provided a serene environment. The food was delicious, with personalized options for children. The taxi service was reliable and reasonably priced.

The location was a bit remote and required a taxi ride to reach the city.

I recently stayed at a lovely lodge in Victoria Falls for a few days and had a fantastic experience. The staff at the lodge were incredibly friendly and helpful, arranging exciting activities like a helicopter tour of the Falls and a sunset dinner cruise on the Zambezi. The rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and a nice deck/terrace outside. The food was great, with a delicious full English breakfast available each morning. I was very impressed with the lodge and would highly recommend it.

We were blown away by our stay at this amazing lodge! The rooms were incredibly comfortable and beautifully decorated, with a lovely balcony to enjoy the views. The staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible. They helped us with everything from organizing taxis to getting a new SIM card. The food was jaw-droppingly delicious, especially the ox-tail stew. The facilities were top-notch, with a great outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers to relax on. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus, and the off-site car park made parking a breeze. We felt safe and relaxed throughout our stay. Absolutely no complaints - this place is a hidden gem!

The entire grounds were beautifully decorated and clean. Our room was comfortable and well-equipped. The staff were very good too be helpful, arranged transportation and offering great advice. The pool was just the right temperature and the gardens were fine. The food was delicious and they even accommodated our little ones without us having to ask. The taxi service they used was reliable and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms at Phezulu Guest Lodge are amazing! They are so nice, comfy, and super clean. I felt like I was in a luxury hotel!

Personally, I'm not a fan of Victorian baths. But hey, that's just my taste!

The rooms were modern and super clean with luxurious toiletries. The staff were great too assist with any request. The pool, bar, and garden were perfect for relaxation after a busy day. we highly recommend this place!

The lodge offers beautiful big rooms with a nice balcony, clean and well-maintained. the staff is friendly and helpful, and there is a great breakfast included in the room rate. the internet works fine and the area is safe.

Some of the facilities were relatively basic. The pool area had limited seating with only four loungers and two umbrellas.
